Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.
- Customer will bear the price of delivery charges.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or special order items cannot be returned.
- Any damaged or used books may not be eligible for return.
- Items received to us after 7 days of receiving your order are not eligible for refund.
